Using your preferred web browser, type the website address used to access the Astaro UserPortal. Using our company as an example, the website address would be: https://vpn.ingenuit.com or https://mail.ingenuit.com:1024/

In most cases, this would be https://vpn.<your-emaildomain>
If you get a security certificate error, click the necessary options to bypass the error.
Enter your user name and password.
Click Change password.
Type your old password and new password in the apporpiate fields.
Click Change password to enable the password change.

Before you begin, call us at 212.414.4715 to verify that your company's server supports Macs connecting through Remote Web Workplace.
Using a web browser go to http://www.microsoft.com/mac to download and install Remote Desktop Connection Client for Mac.
Using a web browser, type the website address used to access Remote Web Workplace into the address bar. Using our company as an example, the website address would be: https://mail.ingenuit.com/remote
If you get a security certificate error, click the options to bypass it.
Enter your user name and password, and click the blue-white arrow or press the Enter key to logon.
Click the Computers list, and click Connect to connect to the computer.
Double click the downloaded .rdp file to launch the Remote Desktop Connection.
If Remote Desktop Connection prompts you about a security certificate error, click OK.
Enter your user name and password and click OK to finally connect to the remote computer.

Before attempting to configure Exchange over the Internet, be sure that you have Internet connectivity.
Follow this tutorial. Be sure to give us a call at 212.414.4715 to get your correct server name for the Microsoft Exchange Settings page of the installation wizard as well as the name of your mail server.
When you get to the Connection Settings section within the Microsoft Exchange Proxy Settings page, use the name of your mail server, which we will provide, into the https:// field. The format typically is: mail.mycompany.com.
When you get to Proxy authentication settings, choose Basic Authentication.
