In today’s business climate, keeping a close eye on expenses is critical.  Having long-term contracts and service agreements can not only burden you with unnecessary expenses but can saddle you with a consulting company who may not be meeting your expectations. When you sign a technology service contract, you are paying a premium for protection against the unknown.  These contracts typically cover expensive, catastrophic system failures usually found in servers or other critical infrastructure.   Some may even guarantee a number of hours per month that a consultant is onsite for service.   We have seen multiple examples of small business with an IT service contract having a consultant onsite for what amounts to an unnecessary expense. Many IT consulting companies maintain a predictable revenue stream through a required contract commitment of 12 months or longer. Not ingenuIT. We believe we have a better and less expensive solution by providing the guarantees of a service agreement without the unnecessary expenses and commitment.

We maintain a predictably growing revenue stream by constantly seeking new clients and providing our clients with unparalleled service.   This has worked for us for nearly 14 years.    Our billing structure is based on a blend of an hourly rate and a capped rate for servers/workstations/devices enrolled in our monitorIT service.   Charges to you are arrived at by the qualifications required from the consultant and whether the work is performed remotely, over the phone, or onsite.

When you subscribe to our monitorIT services, your system is maintained both automatically and by ingenuIT consultants.  Remediation of an issue is billed at our normal rate, but is capped at a maximum of 2 hours for servers and 1 hour for workstations.  This approach positively combines the limited liability you get with a service contract without underutilizing a set monthly fee.
