If not, we will move to the next step.
Action Plan: Based on your requirements and our analysis, we will develop a tailored proposal based on the findings of our initial meeting. We will provide hardware and software requirements, timelines, and overall costs. You will have a detailed plan that outlines what we think you should do to get the most from your technology investments.
Questions & Answers: Once you have had an opportunity to review our recommendations, we will meet to answer your questions about the direction we are suggesting. This gives us an opportunity to hash-out questions or concerns you have about any aspect of your requirements. We can revisit, adjust, and determine how we will best meet your desired outcomes.
Execution: Now that everything is in place, we will determine a path that works in your best interests. We will do our best to eliminate disruption to your business. We will meet deadlines. And most of all, we will ensure that we exceed your expectations.
On-Going Support: Our business is consulting. While we enjoy the revenue streams of follow-up support, we would rather you spend your money on improving, not maintaining the status quo.
